How can I help?
St. Albert the Great Mission Team is in need
of "sponsors" to help cover the travel and
lodging expenses for the mission trip team.

Below are examples of areas you can help
"Sponsor" as part of the next Mission Trip.

This is a costly operation, but the benefits are
priceless !  Thanks to those who make the
trip and those who are able to support it.

The Mission Team will ultimately divide up the
sponsorship funds to most effectively support the
next trip to Santo Tomas'

Pray for the people of Santo Tomas' and the Mission
Teams.  Members sacrifice time and pay their own travel
expenses to provide assistance to the people of Peru.
Various bands from St. Albert the Great School are
performing a benefit concert on April 19th in the school
gymnasium to benefit the next Mission Trip.

Sponsorship Program
The Trip from Cuzco to Santo Tomas' takes 10 hrs  
and van rental is the most efficient transportation.
$700 will sponsor a Van for a week
($350 will sponsor 1/2 a Van !)
(2-3 Vans are required for each trip)
Daily trips to remote villages
take up to 2 hrs. travel time

Many people are treated for health
issues that relate to lack of water and
clean water.  Most locals cannot afford
to purchase bottled water.

Mission Teams purchase water to help
treat patients and children from
dehydration and other sumptoms.

Airfare and Taxes
Each Mission Team Member pays their own travel
expenses including airfare and taxes.  This a great
sacrifice these volunteers make and you can help.  As
a Travel Sponsor you can assist a volunteer with all
or part of these expenses.
Can't go on the mission or maybe
international travel is not for you?  
Sponsor a willing volunteer that may not
be going due to the high travel costs.

Translators required
Spanish translators are required for
us to provide vital medical services.  
The team must pay for these
translators to travel with them
throughout the trip.
